Mission
Beth Tefilah is an Orthodox shul that serves London, Ontario and the area. We are an integral part of the London Jewish Community and are dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of Clal Yisrael. We are a home of prayer, a place of Torah learning, a community of chess, and a cultural and social centre. We are an inclusive family that celebrates the Jewish way of life together, in a warm and non-judgmental atmosphere.
Vision
We enrich the lives of our members and friends, by being a warm and inclusive orthodox synagogue. We cherish a sense of community, in which Jews gather to share in joy and sorrow, moving through the cycle of life together as a family. We enable every Jew to experience the beauty of living a Jewish life, turning Torah values into action, and reaching beyond the walls of our synagogue to engage with our larger community.
Values
Beth Tefilah also houses and maintains the only Mikvah between Detroit and Toronto. This offers every member of Southwestern Ontario’s Jewish Community the opportunity to participate in the mitzvah of Mikvah.
Our children are our future. The Beth Tefilah family helps nurture a commitment to Jewish learning that they’ll remember for years to come.
